Malted (caramel, toast) and fruity (candied oranges) beer with a slight earthy and funky side. Beautiful spicy notes (pepper, nutmeg) melt into a rather dry finish. A taste of fruity yeast and a slight crunchy bitterness remains in the mouth. A rather singular and really well balanced beer. Not without remembering a certain Orval… Nice product!
